Measurements

Sorry guys been busy this week with doctor's appointment, bible study and getting my house and kids ready for the hubby to watch them by himself for the weekend while I spend the weekend at the Beth Moore Live Conference with my mommy and sister in Austin.  I told you I would post my measurements so here they are: (the program that I put my measurements in is not currently working at the moment so this is from memory so its not quite exact, I will update when it does come up) *UPDATED

Weight: 170
Waist: 38
Hips: 39
Chest: 41.2
Right Arm: 12.8
Left Arm: 12.2
Right Thigh: 23
Left Thigh: 22.9
Body Fat: 29+%

I also had Nick take current before pictures.  Once I get them off my camera (probably next week) I will post them.  I'm a little shy to post them - thats all I'm saying - not too pretty, but I still have my post pregnancy belly so just go with it and know it will look totally different in the near future.  I put all my measurements and information for what I am currently and what my goals are in a system bodybuilding.com has and it says I should be able to reach my goal weight by February 22, 2013.  So whether that is true or not (the calculations), that date is written in stone in my mind to work towards.

This first week has been really challenging trying new things, planning ahead of time to eat, and trying to eat 5-6 times a day.  But I'm kind of enjoying it and I believe once I get into a system I will be able to try even more good recipes.

Good News:
So I started the program on Monday and by Wednesday I had lost 5lbs already!  Today is Thursday and I lost another 2lbs.  Wow!  Now I know this won't happen all the time but its great to see it shedding.

170lbs July 9, 2012
163lbs July 12, 2012

28-33lbs left

Also my shakeology drinks are on order and should be here by next week - woohoo!  Seriously they are delicious.

I will check back in on Monday with an update and those pictures I promised.
A little motivation and inspiration before I go though

I find it fascinating that most people plan their vacation with better care than they do their lives.Perhaps that is because escape is easier than change.
