Photo and Measurement Updates!

I promised everyone an update on my weight loss.  I think there is definitely a change and I'm going in the right direction.  I haven't really exercised much, so most of this is just eating healthy, which I believe is a major component of losing weight.  I have 15 more pounds I want to loose and then I will start focusing on toning those much needed areas.  Such as my middle and arms!

Waist: 38
Hips: 39
Chest: 41.2
Right Arm: 12.8
Left Arm: 12.2

Body Fat: 29+%
New Measurements: (September 2012)

Weight: 150 (lost 20 pounds)
Waist: 36.25 (lost 1.75")
Hips: 38-3/4 (lost 1/4")
Chest: 41 (lost .2")
Right Arm: 12.5 (lost .2")
Left Arm: 12.5 (gained .3")
Right Thigh: 21.5 (lost 1.5")
Left Thigh: 21.5 (lost 1.4")
